Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available
Hours: 5 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible)

We are a real estate prospecting company looking for 3 remote Cold Callers / Virtual Assistants to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and gather property information. Fluency in English is required; .

* Responsibilities:

. Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts
. Qualify leads and collect accurate information
. Update CRM and call notes
. Communicate professionally with homeowners

* Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Clear communication and phone presence
- Reliable internet and headset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Compensation:

($425p/m) Salary+Commission

Listing $600 Bonus
Novation $1,200 Bonus
Acquisition: $2,400 Bonus
Half Upfront and Half at Closing

Future opportunities include managing a future team and collecting 25% of any Closing.
