Social Media Outreach & Engagement VA (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are a live streaming monetization platform helping creators earn from paid shows, ticket sales, and tips.
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to assist with growing followers , creating/ editing videos, manage daily outreach and engagement across multiple social platforms. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us.

This is an execution-focused role. Strategy and scripts will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Search for creators on:
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube

Facebook
LinkedIn (light use)

Send outreach messages (script provided)
Respond to DMs using guidelines
Engage with comments
Track all leads in Google Sheets
Light posting (content provided)
Report daily outreach numbers

Daily Targets:
50 outreach messages per platform
20 meaningful engagements (comments, replies)

Requirements:
Strong written English
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable navigating multiple platforms
Available 4-8 hours per day
Reliable internet connection

Pay:
$2-4 per hour
