Youtube Optimization. YouTube Editor, schedule and post

I am looking to automate two Youtube channels as much as possible. I need someone who is familiar with and has experience with the YouTube platfor. You must have the knowledge to be able to fully optimize a YouTube channel for growth. This also includes editing, scheduling and posting for both Youtube long and short content.
