Shopify & TikTok Virtual Assistant – Work With Growing U.S. Wellness Brand

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based low-carb and keto eCommerce brand. We sell through Shopify and are expanding into TikTok Shop and additional marketplaces. Our mission is to build a clean, optimized, high-converting storefront that customers trust.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who wants to grow long-term with us.

THE ROLE
You will help manage and optimize our Shopify store and TikTok product listings.

Shopify Responsibilities:
• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, tags, collections)
• Improve product SEO and keyword placement
• Adjust theme layout and formatting (no coding required, basic HTML is a plus)
• Optimize product pages for conversions
• Coordinate order details for shipment (shipping handled by us in the U.S.)
• Maintain product organization and collections
• Assist with basic app integrations if needed

TikTok Responsibilities:
• List products on TikTok Shop
• Optimize titles and descriptions
• Ensure product images meet platform requirements
• Sync listings from Shopify where applicable

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
• Experience with Shopify product uploads
• Understanding of product listing optimization
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Organized and responsive
• Ability to follow instructions exactly

Preferred:
• Experience with TikTok Shop
• Basic Canva knowledge
• Basic understanding of eCommerce SEO
• Experience working with U.S. brands

HOURS & PAY
Start: 3–4 hours per week
Increase to: 6–8 hours per week based on performance

Pay Structure:
$2.50/hour during first 2–4 weeks (training & evaluation period)
$3.00/hour after first month based on performance
Potential for long-term growth and higher pay as responsibilities expand.
