Paragon Events | US-Based Corporate Event Company

Paragon Events is a US-based corporate event production company serving executive-level clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Social Media & CRM Manager based in the Philippines to lead and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram presence while supporting CRM management through HubSpot.

This role begins part-time with strong potential to expand to full-time.

Schedule

4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Must overlap US Eastern Time business hours
Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and schedule high-quality LinkedIn and Instagram content
Translate CEO insights, case studies, and event strategy into strong B2B executive-level posts
Create clean, branded visual assets using Canva
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence
Engage strategically (commenting, connecting, and relationship building)
Monitor inbound messages and flag qualified opportunities
Track performance metrics and provide clear weekly reporting
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM at an administrative level, ensuring accurate contact organization, segmentation, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and database hygiene
Align social engagement activity with CRM tracking and pipeline visibility

LinkedIn (primary focus)
Instagram
Optional: YouTube Shorts or X (repurposed content)
HubSpot
Qualifications

Native-level English writing ability with executive tone
Proven experience managing B2B LinkedIn accounts
Ability to write authority-driven content (not generic captions)
Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Proficiency in Canva and social scheduling tools
Administrative-level experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, segmentation, integrations, reporting dashboards, and ongoing data management
Preferred Experience

Corporate events, B2B marketing, or professional services industries
Experience supporting US-based executives
Understanding of how social engagement connects to lead generation and sales pipeline
