Content Researcher - Find Viral TikTok & Instagram Content

About us: Hello! We build consumer ios apps and grow them through short-form content.

We’re looking for someone whose only job is to find breakout content on TikTok and Instagram - early, fast, and consistently.

This is not a data entry job. This is a taste/pattern recognition position.

What You’ll Do

• Find TikTok & IG posts that meet strict performance criteria
• Identify content that is genuinely taking off (not recycled trends)
• Track engagement metrics and posting velocity
• Organize links cleanly in a structured sheet
• Deliver daily batches of qualified posts

No outreach. No editing. No posting. Research only.

• Strong judgment - can tell what’s actually viral vs. average
• Ability to follow clear criteria without cutting corners
• Organized, clean tracking (Google Sheets)
• Consistency (we need daily output)
• Fast learner
• Experience & confidence using VPNs to access US algorithm

Hours & Pay

• 4–6 hours per day to start (can grow)
• Very flexible schedule
• $4–5/hour depending on experience
• Performance raises for high-quality sourcing
