Full Stack Developer / N8N (AI)

I’m the founder of an AI-driven recruitment and talent transformation agency, operating within the world’s largest AI educational ecosystem (AAA). We’re now scaling an internal AI agency that sits at the intersection of:

AI agents & LLM-powered systems

Recruitment automation & data intelligence

Real estate (Dubai) growth infrastructure

Internal tooling + external client solutions

This is not a typical dev role.

The opportunity:
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of automation, AI workflows, and internal systems, helping us build a lean, AI-first agency that operates at 10x efficiency.

What you’d be doing:

Building and optimising workflows (n8n, APIs, Zapier)

Developing AI-powered tools (OpenAI, RAG, Langchain, etc.)

Creating internal systems that replace manual recruitment processes

Supporting development of client-facing AI solutions

Improving speed, scalability, and automation across the business
