Wholesale & Ecommerce Operations Assistant

Our Wholesale Assistant will possess a love of vintage clothing from all eras and a desire to support and contribute to the Wholesale & Ecommerce team in all aspects of the business. You’re detail-obsessed, organized and able to prioritize and quickly adapt to changes occurring in the business. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FASHION APPAREL RETAIL OR WHOLESALE.

What You’ll Accomplish:

Responsibilities

Heavy data entry to wholesale marketplace channels such as Shopify, NuOrder & Faire.

- Assess customer needs and provide assistance.

- Answer incoming emails.

- Follow up with clients and send sales emails.

- Communicate with the shipping team to process orders.

- Support operations tasks as needed.


Requirements

- 2-3 year of sales related experience.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Shopify, Netsuite, NuOrder, Faire & Fashiongo is a plus.

Qualifications:

1-3 year of Wholesale Assistant experience is preferred.
Shopify, Netsuite, NuOrder, Faire & similar software experience is a MUST.
An individual who demonstrates strong initiative, organization and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Independent worker that can also collaborate with a team
