DM & Class Appt Coordinator

Kid Wonder is a fast-growing, movement-based kids gym in San Diego, California. We help kids get off screens and build confidence through ninja training, gymnastics, and performance classes.

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help us manage Instagram DMs and book families into trial classes and programs.

This is a part-time role with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Responding to Instagram DMs and comments from parents
• Answering questions about our classes, camps, and programs
• Helping parents book their free trial or first class
• Following up with leads who haven’t scheduled yet
• Updating lead notes inside our tracking system
• Communicating daily with our U.S.-based team
You’ll be the first impression families get when they reach out — so professionalism and warmth matter.

What We’re Looking For
• Based in the Philippines
• Strong written and spoken English
• Friendly, conversational tone (no robotic copy/paste replies)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (PST preferred)
• Reliable internet and laptop
• Able to work part-time consistently

Bonus if you have:
• Experience with Instagram lead handling
• Appointment setting experience
• CRM or tracking system experience

• This is not a “send one message and disappear” job
