About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce group operating dozens of Shopify stores across Europe and the US.

80% of our stores are fashion-focused, and our goal this year is ambitious:

Build and standardize 100 premium Shopify themes across multiple markets.

We are looking for a highly experienced Shopify Theme Designer who understands not just design — but scalable e-commerce systems.

This is a long-term, full-time position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Designing and customizing premium Shopify themes

Creating scalable theme structures we can roll out across 100+ stores

Designing mainly fashion-focused Shopify stores (80?shion niche)

Working with both Shopify Theme Store themes and 3rd-party themes

Making themes Google Merchant Center (GMC) compliant from the start

Ensuring clean structure, premium UI, mobile-first design

Building 3–5 themes per week across EU markets + USA

Implementing multi-language and country-specific optimizations

Maintaining design consistency across all stores

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

Strong experience designing Shopify themes (not just editing pages)

Experience in fashion e-commerce design (very important)

Experience making GMC-proof themes

Deep understanding of Shopify theme architecture

Experience working with third-party themes (ThemeForest, premium themes, etc.)

Strong UI/UX fundamentals (spacing, typography, hierarchy, conversion flow)

Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Long-term mindset — we are not looking for freelancers hopping projects

Bonus if you:

Understand dropshipping structures

Have experience designing scalable theme systems for multiple stores

Understand CRO and conversion psychology in fashion

Output Expectations

3–5 premium themes per week

EU country localization + USA language adaptation

Standardized theme framework that can scale to 100 stores
