We’re looking for a proactive, friendly, and tech-savvy Community VA to support and engage members inside our online spaces. Your role is to help members feel seen, supported, and motivated to take action every day.
>Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
Approve new members and tag them in welcome posts
Answer member questions or direct them to the right tea
Moderate conversations to keep the community kind, supportive, and on-topic
Schedule weekly engagement posts (templates provided)
Upload workshop replays and pin important updates
Track comments/questions during live classes and summarize key takeaways
Send reminders for upcoming events, workshops, or live streams
Report on member engagement metrics weekly

Build, clean, or segment
Shopify knowledgeable
Troubleshoot basic login, access, or tech issues

Have experience with tools like Google Drive, Canva, and simple CRMs

Have a reliable workspace, strong internet, and high attention to detail
