Job Overview
The Service Call Dispatcher / Parts & Service Manager, ensuring efficient dispatching, accurate parts sourcing, timely scheduling, and quality-controlled service execution. This role acts as the operational link between customers, technicians, and internal teams, driving responsiveness, service accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all service calls.

Responsibilities:
*Service Dispatch & Coordination
- Receive and respond to inbound service requests.
- Create, prioritize, and manage accurate work orders based on urgency and technician availability.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently and manage real-time communication throughout service calls.
- Schedule installations, repairs, and follow-up services to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergency service requests.

*Parts Management & Estimating
- Research, identify, and source RV parts using industry tools and supplier platforms.
- Create accurate service estimates, including labor and parts.
- Coordinate parts availability with scheduled installations and technician assignments.
- Ensure correct parts are ordered, documented, and aligned with service work orders.

*Customer Experience & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
- Support and oversee dispatcher workflows to ensure service consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed service records and assist with reporting, tracking performance metrics, and job outcomes.
- Handle escalations with empathy and solution-focused decision-making.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in service dispatch, fleet coordination, or a related field for a US company. (HVAC, automotive, marine, or RV industry experience preferred).
- Must be able to speak English without an accent and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills required to convey information.
- Experience with dispatching software (e.g., Housecall Pro) preferred.
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is preferred.
- Knowledge of RV systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a backup option and a quiet, distraction-free working environment.
- Must have prior experience working the night shift (8 am to 5 pm Eastern time)
