VA Required! - Ecommerce Customer Support

Alfresco Chic is a fast-growing UK eCommerce brand specialising in outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens, BBQs, fire pits, and premium outdoor living products.

We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our operations team. You will be the key point of contact for customer enquiries, order processing, and supplier communication - helping ensure a smooth customer experience while keeping backend operations running efficiently.

Please note this is a Friday to Tuesday work pattern, 5 days a week. Off-days are Wednesday & Thursday.

Full-Time | Remote | 40 Hours/Week | Friday - Tuesday, 9am–5pm UK Time

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer emails with professionalism and warmth
- Handle inbound phone enquiries (via VoIP)
- Manage ---------- live chat and Facebook/Instagra ---------- ssage replies
- Provide accurate advice on order status, delivery timeframes, and product queries
Operations & Admin
- Process Shopify orders and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Monitor delivery timelines and chase suppliers for tracking updates
- Handle returns, cancellations, and missing/incorrect item cases
- Maintain accurate notes on orders and customer files
- Support the owner with general admin tasks as needed

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in customer support, eCommerce, or BPO roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong experience with email, phone, and live chat support
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Reliable internet connection
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Include an image of a puffer fish with your application
- Ability to follow SOPs strictly while improving them over time
