Product Development & Supplier Coordination Specialist

Role Overview

Must overlap with PST hours
Strong written and spoken English required


This is a structured product development and supplier coordination role — not a lab chemistry position.

The objective: help bring new physical products to market in a controlled, well-documented, and scalable way.


Key Responsibilities

- Research materials, suppliers, and applications

- Review technical documents and identify gaps or risks

- Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers

- Draft technical inquiries and track deliverables

- Build product briefs, specifications, and SOP documentation

- Support structured NPI (New Product Introduction) execution


Required Experience

- 3–8+ years in manufacturing, product development, or B2B materials
- Experience supporting physical product launches (not SaaS)
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable reviewing technical documentation
- Detail-oriented, systems-driven, and organized


Preferred Background

Manufacturing, packaging, adhesives, materials, private label, or contract manufacturing environments.
