About Us
We’re an Australian mortgage broking business growing to the next level. We already have strong referrals/repeat business and want to increase organic inbound leads and paid lead flow while building a marketing system that can scale (and eventually feed additional brokers).
Role Objective
Own day-to-day marketing execution and improvement across:
- Social content creation + posting
- Paid ads (Meta + Google)
- SEO + organic lead growth
- Weekly reporting and optimisation
This is a hands-on role. You will plan, create, publish, measure, and improve.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content creation + social media management
Build a weekly content plan and posting schedule
Turn raw footage (we will be on camera) into:
short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok style)
carousels/static posts
story content
Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and manage basic community engagement
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum output
2) Paid advertising (Meta + Google)
Build and manage campaigns end-to-end:
targeting, creatives, copy, landing page brief, conversion tracking
optimisation, A/B testing, and budget pacing
Produce weekly performance updates:
spend, CPL, cost per booked call (where tracking allows), lead quality notes
Ensure all ad accounts are owned by us (you work inside our accounts)
3) SEO + organic growth
Improve local SEO and organic lead flow:
on-page SEO (service pages, location pages, internal links, metadata)
Google Business Profile activity (posts, Q&A, photos, review velocity process)
basic technical SEO checks (indexing, Search Console issues)
Coordinate blog/topic plan that supports organic discovery and conversion
4) Tracking, reporting, and optimisation
Set up/maintain tracking (GA4, Tag Manager basics, pixels, conversion events)
Weekly KPI dashboard and action plan:
leads, booked calls (if applicable), conversion rate, channel performance
Recommend what to scale, what to stop, and what to test next
