Real Estate Cold Caller

**Position:** Real Estate Cold Caller (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Our company is looking for motivated cold callers to help us connect with property owners and identify potential sellers.

This is a performance-based opportunity with bonuses for appointments and closed deals.

Compensation:

• $200 USD monthly base pay
• $10 USD bonus for every confirmed appointment
• $200 USD bonus for every deal that closes from your lead

Top performers can earn $1,000+ USD per month.

Responsibilities:

• Call property owners using our dialer
• Identify homeowners who may consider selling
• Set appointments for our acquisitions team
• Update CRM with notes from conversations

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Previous cold calling experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
