Need google analytics expert to setup correct for our website/webshop

Hi,
We have a webshop already where we get 5-20 orders a month.
We already have ecommerce in google anlytics setup and I can see that

77.77% of orders came from referral from our main website
22.23% came from direct traffic perhaps search engines.

Now what I need is via perhaps goals/funnels?

1: I need be able to see those 77.77% that is referaal from our main website what did people search for in google
so they do
Google Search >Main Website product page>our shop and order
Now I can only see it come from main site like product page but I have no idea what people searched in google

2: I need to know the ones not coming from website that order what did they search for in google etc?

3: I need funnel on website so I can see clearly like
if 100 people go on website i need see complete path to order.
so forexample 100 people go on shop
then perhaps 90 click product page and from that 40 add product in basket and click next
and on order page only 20 click next and only 2 end up buying
idea is we see full buy process and see if any problem in buying process.
Forexample is 100 people put product in basket and only 2 end up buying then it can be because there is something not clear during buy process or some problem.
