JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Execution person (virtual assistant / remote trader support) based in the Philippines to assist a professional stock trader with real-time order placement during US market hours.
This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring full availability and focus during the specified trading window. No prior trading experience is required beyond basic knowledge, but you must be comfortable handling instructions for positions up to $2 million aggregate value (all details provided by the trader — you execute only).

Key Responsibilities:

Log in daily to a provided trading software platform installed on your PC. (the Trader will log you in Via AnyDesk remote access software, cause the password is not shared with you)
Be online and ready every Monday to Friday during New York Stock Exchange hours: 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM PST (which is approximately 9:30 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine Time, depending on daylight saving)

Receive instructions via WhatsApp to:
Enter market positions (e.g., Buy/Sell at Market, Limit orders).
Exit positions.
Set or monitor Stop Loss, Trailing Stop Loss, or price alerts to trigger orders.

Execute orders precisely and quickly as instructed — all trade details (symbol, quantity, order type, etc.) will be clearly provided.
Monitor the platform continuously during the shift for any price-based triggers.
Take short breaks as needed (including one 30-minute lunch), but notify the trader immediately via WhatsApp if stepping away so no urgent trade is missed.
Maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required).

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Basic understanding of stock market terms: Market orders, Limit orders, Stop Loss, Trailing Stop Loss, equities trading basics.
High attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions under time pressure.
Excellent English communication (written and quick response via WhatsApp).
Discipline to stay focused at the computer for the full ~6.5-hour shift with minimal distractions. This window can potentially expand to cover After Hours or Premarket trades, but these additional hours are not required.
Comfortable managing execution responsibility for larger position sizes (confidence with up to $2M aggregate exposure — no personal financial risk to you).

Technical Requirements (Your PC Setup):

Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
Processor: 3.0+ GHz Intel Core-i5 or AMD equivalent (or better)
RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB+ recommended)
Hard Drive: At least 300 MB free space (SSD strongly preferred)
Internet: Stable high-speed connection — minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Monitor: Resolution 1920 x 1200 or higher (dual monitors a plus but not required)

Compensation:

Base pay: $4.00 per hour
Performance bonus: 0.50% (0.5%) commission on the trader's weekly realized profit (net of all trading and brokerage fees) from executions you Enter/Open and Exit/Close handle. Commission is not provided on Trades you Only Close (Exit), but is provided if you Entered and did not Close (The Trader Closed it manually).
Paid weekly via Wise (formerly TransferWise) every Sunday for the prior trading week.
No work on US market holidays or weekends.

Other Details:

Full-time shift commitment required during market hours, Overlapping jobs is permitted but you must not miss or delay any trade executions.
