About Us
We are a premium residential services company in the US with outstanding Google reviews and a strong local reputation. We have a great business - we just need the right person to make sure the right customers find us.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to take full ownership of our Google Search and Meta advertising campaigns. This is a results-based role. We are not looking for someone to set it and forget it. We need someone who actively monitors, optimizes, and can clearly explain what is working and why. You will have full account access and clear goals from day one.
What You Will Own
-Google Search campaigns — keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, bid strategy, quality scores
-Meta
-Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (Google Tag, GA4, Meta Pixel)
-Landing page feedback and collaboration with our web team
-Weekly reporting with clear numbers: leads generated, cost per lead, what changed and why
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years managing Google Search campaigns for local service businesses (home services, contractors, trades — not ecommerce)
-Proven results with lead generation campaigns, not just traffic or awareness
-Strong conversion tracking skills — you must be able to set up and troubleshoot tags yourself
-Experience managing ad budgets of $5,000–$10,000/month
-Clear English communication
Nice to Have
-Experience in home services (painting, roofing, HVAC, landscaping)
-Google Ads certification
-Experience with call tracking (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.)
What We Offer
-Long-term ongoing role — this is not a one-time project
-Full account access and autonomy
-Clear goals and expectations
-A business with strong reviews and reputation — good material to work with
-Room to grow as we scale
