Finance & Billing Support Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Billing Support Specialist (Remote) with a focus on Accounts Receivable.

Qualifications and Skills
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
3-5 years of experience as a customer support specialist.
1+ years of experience with email or chat-based experience.
2+ years of experience in finance/invoice-based support.
Familiarity with recurring invoicing and one-time service invoices.
Must have used any ticketing tool like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Helpscout, Zoho, Groove, etc.
Must have used an accounting tool like Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Netsuite, etc. to find and create invoices, create credit notes
Must have used a payment processor tool like Stripe, Square, PayPal, ---------- , Braintree, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties

Email and call Support.
Answer and Resolve Finance/invoice-related questions.
Add, Edit, and Delete customer contacts
Provide invoice copies, account statements when requested.
Explaining invoices, providing partial or full refunds, and generating account statements.
Process refund, create overpayment when necessary.
Setting up customer billing accounts based on contract pricing and explaining contract details upon customer request.
Following up with customers for past-due payments, collecting payment, and initiating the account suspension process when necessary.
Generating financial reports and supporting the sales commission process.
Work with customers requesting cancellation and persuade them to continue using our software
Should be comfortable with working in ET timezone.
Remote- Work from anywhere.
Must have at least worked with a US/Canada business or companies
• Sales Commission & Partner Management (30%):
Prepare and manage sales commission files.
Generate and analyze partner-related financial reports.
Address and resolve any billing issues or penalties related to partners.
