The successful applicant will have these qualities:

A knowledge of WordPress PHP programming as we are in need of a WordPress theme being developed.

We are also looking to start a new project which involves modifying a website template which resembles http://themeforest.net/ with the functionality of http://hubpages.com/
If you are familiar with the sites it would be an asset.
If you understand affiliate marketing and how to implement an affiliate program into a website this would also be considered an asset.

The websites you will be dealing with are related to the financial markets therefore any knowledge that you have of the stock market. Forex market will also be considered as an asset but is not necessary to apply.

This project is long term we are looking for a serious person able to give us 40 hours a week to program and design websites.

We are also looking for someone who can manage projects. If something is required that you are not able to do such as Adobe Photoshop as an example, you would be able to interview and hire someone who can do this job short-term. We would provide you with a budget and a places where you can have this work done.
