JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination
• Manage Seller & Buyer files from Pre-Listing to Closing, ensuring all documents are complete and organized
• Track timelines, deadlines, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with agents, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and vendors
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready digital transaction files

Marketing & Social Media Support
• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and LinkedIn
• Design listing flyers, graphics, and client review posts
• Edit and upload Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Assist with email campaigns and weekly marketing

Administrative & Operations Support
• Prepare Monday meeting agendas
• Coordinate Zoo ---------- etings, webinars, and team events
• Manage inbox and CRM systems
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, and production sheets
• Provide additional support as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Real Estate VA or Transaction Coordinator experience
• Strong knowledge of MLS systems, DocuSign, and CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Creative marketing and video editing skills
• Cheerful attitude and trustworthy team player
• Reliable high-speed internet with backup

Work Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
