Who We’re Looking For

• U.S. Registered Nurse (active or inactive license), PHRN, or graduate of Nursing / allied healthcare program
• With real patient-facing or clinical support experience
• Comfortable working alongside U.S. healthcare providers
• Confident applying clinical judgment in patient interactions

Core Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient triage based on symptoms and concerns
• Communicate with patients professionally via phone, chat, or email
• Escalate urgent cases appropriately to providers
• Support care coordination and follow-up workflows
• Document patient interactions accurately in systems/EMR
• Help ensure smooth communication between patients and providers

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care background
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Calm, professional bedside manner in virtual interactions
• Experience in triaging, patient assessment, or clinical coordination
• Comfortable using EMR systems, telehealth tools, or VoIP platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple patient cases
