Minimum Qualifications (must meet at least one)

• Graduate of Nursing or any allied healthcare course
OR
• Prior BPO / call center / customer service experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide clear, professional assistance and service support
• Coordinate patient needs with the clinical team
• Assist with appointment confirmations and follow-ups
• Document interactions and maintain accurate notes

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet workspace suitable for voice calls
• Computer/laptop capable of handling multiple tools
• Available for immediate onboarding

Required Skills

• Strong spoken and written English (clear phone communication required)
• Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional tone
• Experience handling calls, tickets, or support queues
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and meet response time expectations

Experience with healthcare support, EMR systems, VoIP platforms, or telehealth is a plus but not required.
