Appointment Setter

Hours: Part-time to start, growing with the company

What You'll Do:

Call leads as they come in to ensure they book an appointment. Follow up with those who have booked to confirm details and answer any questions. You're the first voice our clients' patients hear — friendly, professional, and efficient.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- 2+ years experience in sales or appointment setting
- Proven track record of results (be ready to share examples)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Ideal (Not Required):

- Experience in healthcare, medical, dental, or regenerative medicine
- Familiarity with Go High Level

This Role Is NOT For You If:

- You have less than 2 years direct appointment setting or sales experience
- You're a VA looking to expand your skills or "learn quickly"
- You're entry-level or looking for your first role
