We’re looking for a Remote CSR / Move Consultant who knows that sales starts with service. Someone who can build rapport instantly, listen carefully, guide customers with care, and confidently turn inquiries into booked moves.

Role Overview
This is a remote, inbound sales-focused CSR position handling:
Warm inbound calls
Web quote requests
Referrals
Follow-ups
You will respond quickly, ask the right questions, educate customers, build trust, and close moves. Success means:
Lightning-fast response times
Strong follow-up discipline
Clean, detailed CRM notes
Consistent bookings
Customers feeling heard, valued, and confident
Tools you’ll use daily: SmartMoving CRM and Dialpad for calls and texting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Genuine Connection
Answer calls with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
Listen actively — understand each customer’s situation
Make every customer feel supported
2. Qualify & Guide the Move
Ask structured questions (dates, locations, stairs, elevators, specialty items, packing needs, etc.)
Identify concerns and stress points
Position our services as solutions, not just pricing
3. Quote, Close & Book
Provide accurate quotes or schedule estimates
Clearly explain services, policies, and booking process
Confidently secure bookings (date/time + deposit when appropriate)
Handle objections professionally
4. Follow-Up With Purpose
Run consistent follow-ups via call, text, and
Manage leads until every one is Booked or Lost
No lead left behind
5. CRM & Team Coordination
Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses
Create clear next-step tasks
Coordinate with Move Coordinators for smooth handoffs
Support schedule adjustments during high-volume periods
