As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations and client management systems.

The Role:

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, CRM, and customer review support to our growing team.

This role includes managing and responding to all customer reviews across platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring each review response accurately reflects the customer’s complete experience and aligns with our brand tone.

This is not a copy-paste or AI-only role. It requires human judgment, strong writing ability, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management
* Maintain and update client records in CRM (Hubspot)
* Ensure data accuracy and proper organization

Client Coordination
* Support scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination
* Ensure client information is properly documented

Customer Review Management
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms
* Gather necessary information internally before responding
* Ensure responses are personalized, accurate, and brand-aligned

General Administrative Support
* Assist with day-to-day admin tasks
* Help improve and streamline internal processes

Requirements:

* Experience with CRM systems
* Familiarity with Canva and Trainerize is a strong advantage
* Excellent written English communication skills
* Background in writing, marketing, psychology, communications, or related field preferred
* Highly dependable and able to work independently
* Strong research and data-gathering skills
* High attention to detail and emotional intelligence
* Available to start in a full-time position
* Based in the Philippines with a strong internet connection and quiet workspace
