About Us
We are a fast-growing Dubai-based holiday home management company, currently managing 50+ fully furnished apartments across Dubai, with 3–4 new units added every month.
We operate using Hostaway as our main PMS and work with platforms such as Airbnb,
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle guest communication and support day-to-day operations.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays
• Respond promptly to guest messages on Airbnb,
• Send check-in / check-out instructions, house rules, and access details
• Handle guest questions, requests, and minor complaints professionally
• Coordinate with local teams (cleaning, maintenance) when guest issues arise
• Update guest notes and booking details inside Hostaway
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to management when needed
• Maintain high response rates and guest satisfaction scores
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent written English (clear, polite, professional)
• Previous experience as a VA, customer support, or guest communication role (Airbnb/short-term rentals is MANDATORY)
• Familiarity with Hostaway or similar PMS (Guesty, Lodgify, etc.) is highly preferred
• Comfortable working with multiple booking platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Calm, solution-oriented attitude when handling guests
