Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5):

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud - Planning in the following areas:

Financial Statement Planning

Depreciation Planning

Budget Book Reports

Scene Setting & Prioritization

CS & SI Planning

Cost Centre & Recoveries

Revenue & Borrowings Planning

Workforce Planning

Contracts Planning

Experience working on S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably RISE with SAP

Strong knowledge of planning concepts (budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts)

Expertise in data actions, advanced formulas, allocations, and versions

Experience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA (live or import connections)

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to RISE with SAP architecture and SAP clean core principles

Experience with Datasphere / BW / BW4HANA integration

Knowledge of financial planning models (P&L, Cost Center, Profit Center)

SAC Planning or SAP Analytics certification

Experience in UAT support, user training, and hypercare

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Lead design and implementation of SAC Planning as part of a RISE with SAP (S/4HANA Cloud / Private Edition) program
- Gather business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and planning and translate them into SAC solutions
- Build and optimize planning models, stories, input forms and dashboards
- Configure data actions, multi-actions, allocations, versions, and calendars
- Enable integration with S/4HANA (via live or import connections) aligned with RISE architecture
- Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Work closely with Finance, Controlling, SDM, Basis, and Integration teams
