About Us
We are a DTC stationery brand built around premium stone paper products — think notebooks, planners, and sketchbooks that are waterproof, tear-resistant, and genuinely beautiful. We run high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta and are scaling fast. You’ll be working directly with our marketing lead to produce ad creative that converts.
The Role
We’re looking for a video editor with a strong grasp of storytelling and consumer psychology. You’ll be editing UGC, scripted ads, and brand content for Meta — and we expect every creative decision to be intentional and conversion-focused, not just aesthetic.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Editing UGC and scripted video content specifically for Meta
• Building hooks, narrative arcs, and emotional payoffs that drive conversion
• Using pacing, music, and visual rhythm to guide the viewer’s attention and emotional state
• Adding subtitles, captions, b-roll, transitions, and motion text — all in service of the story
• Iterating quickly on feedback — we test a lot and move fast
• Occasionally supporting organic social and LinkedIn content
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience editing DTC Meta video ads — this is non-negotiable
• A solid understanding of storytelling and consumer psychology — you know what makes people stop, engage, and buy
• A portfolio of performance-focused ad creative where you can speak to the intent behind each edit
• Strong attention to detail — clean cuts, correct aspect ratios, no audio issues
• Fast execution with the ability to take direction and run with it
• Comfortable working async with a remote team across time zones
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Bonus: experience with Figma, After Effects, or motion graphics
