Full-Time Technical Marketer (Remote, Philippines)

We're a boutique web development agency specializing in headless Sanity websites with Next.js, powering high-performance e-commerce and tech projects for US clients. Join our lean, technical team to amplify our brand through smart, automated content that converts founders and tech leads.

Role Overview
- Focus: Technical content marketing on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn targeting US tech audiences (founders, CTOs, agencies).
- Level: Mid-senior; must understand Next.js, headless CMS (Sanity preferred), Jamstack.
- Hours: 40/week with alignment on IST/GMT times
- Pay: $1,800-$2,500 USD/month (trial: 3 months at lower end + bonuses for KPIs).
- Start: ASAP, remote from Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (60%):
- Produce visually cohesive posts matching our sleek, technical brand (collaborate with 2 designers on Figma/brand kit).
- Record/edit Screen Studio demos of our headless apps, micro-animations, and build walkthroughs.
- Write threads/carousels explaining Next.js + Sanity advantages.

Strategy & Automation (25%):
- Develop posting calendars optimized for US peak times (Buffer/Hypefury).
- Plan engagement automation (Zapier for replies, Notion for pipelines).
- Analyze performance (impressions to DMs to calls) and iterate strategies weekly.

Growth & Engagement (15%):
- Daily outreach: comment/DM target accounts (US tech founders, VCs).
- Track KPIs: 10% MoM follower growth, 5+ qualified leads/month from social.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in tech marketing (SaaS/agency/web dev experience required).
- Technical fluency: Next.js SSR, Sanity schemas, headless benefits.
- Tools: Screen Studio, Figma, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite/Typefully, Posthog Analytics.
- Exceptional written English (US business tone).
- Portfolio: Links to grown tech accounts + sample technical posts/demos.
- Philippines-based, reliable internet, comfortable with async + night shifts.
