Project Coordinator - Machinery Installations

We are a growing Australian company supplying industrial CNC machines and laser cutting systems to manufacturers across Australia and the UK.

Each machine sale is a structured project involving shipping, site preparation, electrical requirements and engineer installation.
We are looking for a highly organised Project & Installation Coordinator to manage the entire post-sale process.

Delivery & Logistics:
Track shipping and provide ETA updates to customers
Send machine dimensions, weights and unloading requirements
Confirm forklift/rigger arrangements
Ensure site access is prepared

Pre-Installation Coordination:
Send electrical and air requirements
Confirm slab, power and air readiness
Follow up customers weekly until ready

Engineer Scheduling:
Organise flights, accommodation and transport
Coordinate installation dates
Send installation schedules
Ensure all parties are aligned

Documentation & Admin:
Organise all project files
Send sign-off forms
Ensure warranty registration is completed

Customer Communication:
Act as main contact after sale
Provide structured updates
Follow up after installation
