We want most of our customers find us through Google, and we are looking for a specialist who can help increase our visibility, grow our reviews, and bring in more inbound customer calls.

Your Primary Goal

Your main goal is to help us rank higher on Google and increase the number of customer calls we receive.

Your Responsibilities

Google Business Profile Management (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY)

Optimize and maintain our Google Business Profile

Post updates, photos, and service content regularly

Respond to customer reviews professionally

Help implement strategies to increase the number of Google reviews

Monitor and suggest improvements to increase ranking in Google Maps

Local SEO Tasks

Submit business information to online directories

Update and improve website content

Help create and optimize service pages

Research competitors and suggest improvements

Basic Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)

Post plumbing job photos and updates to Facebook and Instagram

Create simple posts from content we provide

Keep our social media pages active and professional

Requirements

Required:

Experience managing Google Business Profiles

Experience with Local SEO

Good written English

Reliable internet connection

Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred:

Experience working with plumbers, HVAC, or home service companies

Experience generating Google reviews

Basic social media experience
