Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate orders with shippers and freight forwarders.
Manage shipment documents and ensure all requirements are met.
Verify invoices against purchase orders and approve shipping costs.
Track shipments until delivery is confirmed at the warehouse/consignee.
Ensure cargo meets required in-store dates and update staff on changes.
Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure completion.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years logistics experience (IMPEX experience preferred but not required)
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Able to manage multiple shipments efficiently
