Website Designer Needed - Modern One Page Sales Page for Online Course

I am looking for a skilled website designer to create a modern, sleek, premium one page sales page for my online course. This is not a basic landing page job. I want a clean, high-end, conversion-focused design similar in quality and feel to Ali Abdaal’s Part-Time YouTuber Academy page:

Here is my current rough draft page that contains the copy and layout structure that must be used and improved visually:

Your job is to take my existing copy and transform it into a clean, modern, premium, trustworthy, high-converting, mobile-optimized sales page. I want strong typography, excellent spacing, clear hierarchy, professional CTA sections, and a polished finish.

The page should feel high value and credible, not flashy or over-the-top.

I do not want cheap template designs, cluttered layouts, excessive animations, “guru” style funnels, or generic Fiverr-level work. I am looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who understands layout psychology and user flow.

My website is currently built on WordPress. Please confirm if you can work within WordPress and explain whether you recommend Elementor, a custom theme, Webflow, or another solution, and why you recommend that approach.

The scope includes full design of one long-form sales page, full desktop and mobile optimization, clean layout hierarchy, CTA button design, light conversion optimization improvements, and ensuring the page loads fast and looks modern.

The copy is already written. This is primarily a design and layout execution job, not a copywriting job.
