Content Creator - Video Editor for YT Videos

My name is William and I live in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Have recently started a YouTube channel in the "Business" niche. The name of the YT channel is "Business Execution Central." I am wanting high quality 8:30 - 10:00 minute videos designed and created for this new YT channel. I will provide all the scripts….you take it from there with your professional creativity and complete each video and send it to me for review….you would also create the thumbnail as well. I will have a Dropbox folder set up for you to upload all your work....so my team can carefully review in case there are any revisions required....which I hope would be at a minimum, please. All produced work needs to be at the highest possible professional level. No shortcuts. Nothing goofy on any level. Our YT audience will be brilliant professionals who are seeking advice and insight from a trusted source. That is us! We already have 10 videos on our channel....and I can send you the link to our YT channel so you can see what we are doing. Some of the vids are ok....some better....and there are 4 that are really strong....so those 4 would be the standard we're aiming for.....and continue to get even better moving forward. Right now I have 5 video editors....but would be interested in hiring a few more part time. But....I need you to be very, very solid with your talent and skill. I'm definitely not looking for beginners who need lots of hand-holding or managing.....I need people who know their stuff....and can deliver at the highest level....immediately.
