Hey, I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Designer to support my design and education business.
I run a YouTube channel and digital products + courses focused on branding, websites, and AI tools. I need someone who can create high-performing Instagram carousels and assist with branding tasks like brand guidelines, file exports, and YouTube thumbnails.
This is a long-term role for the right person.
Monthly budget: PHP 40,000 – 70,000
Location: Philippines (remote)
Hours: Full-time preferred, weekday overlap with AU time
What you’ll be doing
• Design Instagram carousels weekly
• Assist with brand guidelines and layout formatting
• Prepare and export final logo files correctly
• Create design assets for IG stories
• Maintain visual consistency across projects
• Organise and name files properly
• Communicate clearly and flag issues early
This is not just execution. You’ll be expected to think, maintain brand consistency, and improve layouts when needed.
Skills & tools (required)
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma
• AI tools like Nano Banana
• Freepik, Notion
• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• High attention to detail
• Slack or WhatsApp for communication
• Fast and stable internet
Nice to have (strong plus)
• UI design experience
• Experience building websites in Framer
• Experience designing for creators or YouTube channels
• Understanding of branding systems
• Experience building brand guidelines
• Interest in design, tech, or AI tools
