Hours: Flexible; project-based with occasional short-deadline tasks
We’re seeking a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our team with on-demand social media graphic design and account management. This is a spot-work position ideal for someone who enjoys flexible assignments and can jump in quickly when projects arise.
You’ll help create visually compelling content, schedule posts, and occasionally assist with social media organization and light strategy support.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media graphics (posts, stories, reels covers, banners, ads)
Adapt branding elements into clean, engaging visual content
Resize and format graphics for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
Apply captions, hashtags, and tags provided by our team
Maintain organized file naming and asset storage
Ensure brand consistency across all visuals
Occasionally edit short-form video or animated graphics (preferred but not required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience creating social media graphics
Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color balance
Reliable internet connection and ability to respond promptly to assignments
Strong written English comprehension
Excellent attention to detail and deadline reliability
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience managing business social media accounts
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Familiarity with branding guidelines
Experience working with U.S. businesses or clients
Ability to suggest creative improvements or content ideas
