JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Personal Assistant to help with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks efficiently.

You will be supporting daily operations by managing schedules, organizing information, and assisting with routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update calendars (book appointments, set reminders, schedule meetings)
• Send invoices to customers and track basic records
• Organize data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Handle simple email communication in clear English
• Assist with general administrative and day-to-day tasks as needed
• Keep tasks and information well-organized and up to date

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
• Previous VA or admin experience is a plus (but not required)
