Job Title: Lead Research, Enrichment & Email Automation VA (Home Care Industry)

Hours: 10 hours/week (part-time, ongoing)

About the Role

I run an AI front office service called Unitive that helps home care agencies automate their scheduling and receptionist functions. I need a detail-oriented VA to build and enrich a weekly list of qualified leads and eventually load them into an automated email sequence so I can focus entirely on outreach conversations and closing.

This role has two phases. You will start with lead enrichment only. After 2–3 weeks of demonstrated accuracy and reliability, you will take on email automation in Instantly.ai as well.

What You'll Do Each Week

Phase 1 — Lead Enrichment (Weeks 1–3)
1. Pull agency leads from an Apify scrape of Indeed (I will provide the export)
2. Confirm business ownership using OpenCorporates and BizProfile
3. Find the owner's email address using Hunter.io
4. Fill gaps using Apollo.io, RocketReach, Spokeo, or similar tools as needed
5. Validate all emails using NeverBounce
6. Deliver a clean, enriched CSV with: agency name, owner first name, owner last name, verified email, and phone if available

Phase 2 — Email Automation (Week 4 onward, based on performance)
7. Load enriched contacts into Instantly.ai
8. Set up and launch 4-email sequences following provided templates and cadence guidelines

Full written SOPs for both phases will be provided on day one.

What I'm Looking For

- Prior experience with lead research or data enrichment — please give a specific example in your application
- Hands-on experience with research tools such as Hunter.io, Apollo.io, OpenCorporates, NeverBounce, or similar
- Experience with cold email platforms such as Instantly.ai or Smartlead strongly preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) to assist with research and fill data gaps
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
- Reliable, communicative, and proactive about flagging issues
- Good written English
