We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to help expand our commercial client base.

Position Overview:
The Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for identifying qualified commercial prospects and booking appointments for our sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, data sourcing, and setting qualified appointments.

This is a performance-driven role with opportunity for bonuses based on booked appointments and closed deals.

Small strip mall owners

Churches, schools, nonprofits
Hotels Managers
Retail shops/restaurant owners
Maintenance Mangers

Cold Calling
Make outbound calls daily
Speak with decision-makers
Introduce our roofing services professionally
Set qualified appointments for roof inspections
Log call notes and outcomes into google sheet
