Meta Ads and AI Automation VA (Local service lead gen-pool company)

We are an AI implementation company looking for a results driven VA who can:

• Generate local leads using Meta Ads
• Set up and optimize lead generation campaigns
• Build chatbot flows to qualify homeowners
• Implement AI receptionist systems (missed call text-back + booking)
• Connect ads ? CRM ? automated follow-up
• Improve speed-to-lead and booking rate

Requirements:

• Experience running Meta lead ads for local services
• Understand CPL, CTR, CPM, and cost per booked appointment
• Experience with chatbot tools (ManyChat, GHL, etc.)
• Experience setting up missed-call text-back automation
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Must provide screenshots of past campaigns

Must overlap 2-3 hours with US EST
