JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual to support the CEO with daily operations across multiple areas of the business — including executive assistance, customer support, ecommerce operations, and basic HR coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys taking ownership of varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance

Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and scheduling of meetings.

Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-up task lists.

Assist with coordination of business development and special projects.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

2. Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels.

Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Track support tickets, feedback, and FAQs to improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate information.

3. Ecommerce Operations

Support day-to-day management of the Shopify store (product listings, inventory tracking, order management, refunds/returns).

Coordinate with third-party vendors on logistics, packaging, and fulfillment.

Assist with performance reporting, analytics, and basic A/B testing or campaign support.

Ensure product data accuracy and optimize listings when necessary.

4. Human Resources Support

Help maintain organized employee and freelancer records.

Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

Support payroll and contractor payments in coordination with accounting.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative, ecommerce, or operations-related role.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Reliable, resourceful, and detail-driven with a “startup mentality.”

Preferred Skills
Experience in ecommerce customer service and fulfillment workflows.

Basic knowledge of HR tools or recruitment platforms.

Ability to draft professional communication and assist in content organization.
