Recruiter (LinkedIn & Job Applications) – Help Tech Talent Get Hired

We are a boutique agency that helps elite US and LATAM sales professionals land high-paying roles in Tech/SaaS. We are looking for a Career Growth Assistant to manage job applications and LinkedIn outreach for our clients.

What You Will Do:

Sourcing: Find "Hidden Gem" jobs on niche sites like Y Combinator, WellFound, and Upwork (We will teach you the filters).

Applying: Submit high-quality job applications per day on behalf of our clients. This is NOT bulk spam. You will tweak the apps letter based on our templates.

Outreach: Send targeted connection requests and DMs to Founders/CTOs on LinkedIn using our "Sniper" scripts.

Tracking: Update a Google Sheet daily with every application link, status, and login credential.

Who You Are:

Detail-Obsessed: You never misspell a company name or forget to attach a PDF.

Resourceful: You know how to find a CEO’s name on LinkedIn if it’s not in the job post.

Trustworthy: You will have access to client email and LinkedIn accounts. High integrity is non-negotiable.

Experience: Previous experience as an Recruiter is a huge plus.
