Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dropshipping Expert to manage and grow our Amazon account across US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in dropshipping, product sourcing, and working with dropshipping tools and programs. We require someone who can handle all aspects of the dropshipping process and knows how to navigate Amazon's policies and restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Dropshipping Operations:

Set up and manage dropshipping for the Amazon marketplace in US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Source profitable and ungated products for Amazon listings across these countries.

Ensure compliance with Amazon’s dropshipping policies.

Manage product listings, including SEO optimization, pricing strategies, and ensuring products are well-categorized.

Handle order fulfillment, customer service, and returns.

Supplier and Tool Management:

Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers in each of the countries mentioned.

Use automation tools (such as Oberlo, DSers, Shopify, etc.) to streamline product sourcing, order management, and other tasks.

Manage multiple supplier accounts to ensure competitive pricing and timely fulfillment.

Understand and implement tools to manage multiple marketplaces, handling local rules and policies.

Account and Performance Management:

Monitor performance metrics and optimize product listings to maximize sales and profitability.

Ensure smooth integration with other platforms, warehouses, and third-party suppliers.

Implement strategies to grow and scale the business in each country while adhering to the low-risk approach.

Skills and Experience Required:

Expertise in Dropshipping with a solid track record on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.

Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, especially regarding dropshipping and brand approvals.

Ability to source ungated products and avoid products with restrictions.

Advanced knowledge of dropshipping tools such as Oberlo, DSers, Shopify, and other third-party programs used for automation and product sourcing.

Experience in multi-country management, specifically US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Proficiency in managing multiple Amazon marketplaces and navigating different market requirements.

Ability to handle customer service issues and ensure a smooth purchasing experience for customers.

Fluent in English, and Spanish/Portuguese knowledge is a plus for managing Brazil and Mexico markets.

Additional Information:

Payment: Compensation will be discussed based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
