Manufacturing Talent Sourcer / Recruiter

StrategiQly is a growing recruiting firm supporting manufacturing and skilled trades clients. We move fast, stay hands-on, and focus on quality over volume. We’re looking for someone who can own sourcing and initial candidate screening primarily within the manufacturing space.

What You’ll Do
Source manufacturing and skilled trades candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates (our clients consistently have openings)
Conduct initial phone screens (non-technical) to assess experience, reliability, communication skills, compensation expectations, and availability
Ensure candidates speak English clearly and communicate professionally
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the process
Track candidates in ATS or shared systems
Provide weekly pipeline updates
Proactively suggest new sourcing strategies to keep pipelines full

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and skilled trades roles
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Active access to LinkedIn Recruiter (or ability to use our license if provided)
Strong Boolean search skills
Organized and proactive, able to maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline
Strong follow-up skills with candidates
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation
Hourly pay based on performance metrics, plus a bonus for each candidate hired.
Rate and bonus structure will be discussed based on experience and availability (part-time or full-time).
