North American Drayage Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
Coordinate container pickups & deliveries (ports + rail)
Communicate with drivers and customers
Schedule appointments (terminals, warehouses)
Track containers and monitor status updates
Prevent detention & per diem charges
Send PODs promptly
Resolve delays and operational issues proactively
Update spreadsheets / TMS daily
