Operations Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeping to support daily business operations, customer service, and basic bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service driven, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling invoices, purchase orders, and order processing.

This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

Hard Skills:
Google Workspace & Microsoft Office proficiency
QuickBooks experience (invoice entry & PO processing)
Familiarity with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Order and invoice processing experience

Key Responsibilities
???? Administrative Support

Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner

Maintain and organize digital files using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

Assist with document preparation and internal coordination

???? Bookkeeping & Finance Support

Enter invoices accurately into QuickBooks

Process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders

Assist with tracking payments and financial records

Ensure accuracy of financial data entries

Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams

Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized order tracking systems

???? Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via email and communication tools

Provide timely and solution-focused assistance

Handle concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Assist with basic content creation when needed

Support communication initiatives internally and externally
