At Click Crew Media, we are looking for an experienced Facebook Media Buyer to join our Search Arbitrage team remotely from the Philippines.

About the role:

As a Facebook Media Buyer focused on Search Arbitrage, you will take ownership of scaling and optimising campaigns on Meta.

You will:
• Independently set up, manage and ---------- Facebook campaigns at scale
• Analyse data from our custom dashboards and tracking systems
• Work closely with our MBA team to translate insights into profitable volume
• Continuously test creatives, angles, funnels and structures
• Drive ROI, CTR, EPC and overall campaign profitability
• Scale winning setups to meaningful daily spend

This is a pure performance role. Targets matter. Data matters. Speed matters.

About you:

We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 3 years of hands-on Meta, Facebook media buying experience
• Has strong experience with performance marketing and scaling budgets
• Has experience in Search Arbitrage, which is a strong plus
• Is highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets
• Understands tracking, attribution and funnel logic
• Is results-driven and motivated by performance targets
• Can work independently in a remote setup
• Is based in the Philippines and available full-time, 40 hours per week

You enjoy spending hours inside Ads Manager. You like digging into numbers. You think in terms of hypotheses, tests, and iterations. You care about margins, not just metrics.
