We are a fast-growing UK web design agency selling subscription-based websites to business owners.
We generate qualified booked appointments for you.
Your job is simple:
Get on Zoom. Build trust. Close the deal.
This is a performance-driven sales role. If you are confident asking for the sale and handling objections, you will thrive here.

Your Responsibilities
• Attend pre-booked Zoom sales call
• Identify client pain points
• Present our £99/week website solution
• Handle objections confidently
• Close deals on the call
• Update CRM after each call
You will NOT need to generate your own leads.
You will be closing warm, qualified appointments.

Targets & Expectations
• 20–25 sales calls per week
• Minimum 5 closed deals per week
• 25%+ close rate target
• Daily reporting of calls & results
If you consistently close 7–10+ deals per week, there is strong earning potential and promotion opportunities.

Compensation
• Fixed hourly pay
• Additional commission after 10 closes
• Performance bonuses for hitting weekly targets
Serious closers can significantly increase their income through commission.

Required Skills
• Excellent spoken English (clear & confident)
• Strong objection handling
• Experience closing on Zoom or phone
• Comfortable asking for payment
• Competitive mindset
Bonus:

• UK or US market experience
